Here are three things to know about Mr. Fisher.
1. He began his new role Jan. 11 and will serve until the hospital hires a permanent CFO.
2. Following a 40-year career as CFO at several hospitals in Pennsylvania, Texas, Oklahoma and New York coupled with a CEO stint in Pennsylvania, he has been serving as a hospital consultant and interim leader with various organizations since 2012.
3. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration in healthcare administration from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
