Terms under the new contract include an annual review of Mr. Jasper’s performance and $180,000 annual salary. The contract also outlines that Mr. Jasper’s role as administrator covers both CEO- and CFO-type responsibilities.
The news report did not detail how long Mr. Jasper had worked for the hospital prior to the new contract.
