Mr. Moser assumed the CEO position in January when John Nordwick retired. Before then, Mr. Moser was the hospital’s chief administrative officer for 14 months.
Mr. Moser said he and the hospital board had differences in opinion but was unable to elaborate, according to the report.
A hospital spokesperson said more information will be released on Mr. Moser’s resignation by tomorrow, according to the report.
