Stan Moser Steps Down as CEO of Bozeman Deaconess in Montana

After seven months as president and CEO of Bozeman (Mont.) Deaconess Hospital, Stan Moser has resigned and told the Bozeman Daily Chronicle that he "might have been encouraged to do so."

Mr. Moser assumed the CEO position in January when John Nordwick retired. Before then, Mr. Moser was the hospital's chief administrative officer for 14 months.

Mr. Moser said he and the hospital board had differences in opinion but was unable to elaborate, according to the report.

A hospital spokesperson said more information will be released on Mr. Moser's resignation by tomorrow, according to the report.
