Prior to joining Stamford Hospital in 2003, Ms. Silard served as executive vice president and COO at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Patterson, N.J. To support Ms. Silard in her new CNO role, Ellen Komar, RN, has been appointed vice president for patient care services.
