1. Ms. Medina is the health system’s chief quality officer. She will continue in this role in addition to her new position.
2. She has prior experience as director of quality and safety as well as vice president of the health system.
3. She is co-chair for the Ascension Quality and Safety Committee.
4. Ms. Medina has also served on the Oklahoma Hospital Association’s Council on Quality & Patient Safety and on the American Heart Association’s board of directors.
