Paul Rowland has been named chief administrative officer of St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown, N.Y., a member of Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Catholic Health Services of Long Island.
Previously, Mr. Rowland was senior vice president for strategic planning at Sound Shore Health System in New Rochelle, N.Y. He succeeds Dennis Verzi, who is now COO of CHSLI.
