Southwest Health System CEO Kent Helwig Resigns

Kent Helwig, CEO of Cortez, Colo.-based Southwest Health System, has stepped down from his position to pursue other opportunities, according to a Cortez Journal report.

Mr. Helwig served as CEO since August 2011.

Liz Sellers has been named interim CEO. Ms. Sellers most recently served as chief clinical officer of the hospital.
