Mr. Smith has served as interim CEO of SoutheastHEALTH since last summer. He joined SoutheastHEALTH in September 2010 as vice president of human resources and development. Prior to the, Mr. Smith served in a similar capacity at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
