Mr. Ishizuka came to Skagit Regional from Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake, Wash., where he was CFO. His prior experience includes serving as medical center financial officer for Seattle-based UW Medicine and CFO for University of Washington Medical Center, also in Seattle.
With more than 25 years of experience in finance management positions, Mr. Ishizuka succeeds Tom Litaker. Mr. Litaker retired at the end of October, ending a 40-year career in healthcare.
