Senior VP of Ohio’s Fort Hamilton Hospital Steps Down

Lynn Oswald, senior vice president of Fort Hamilton (Ohio) Hospital, has announced her resignation, according to a Middletown Journal report.

Ms. Oswald has held the position at the hospital, which joined Dayton-based Kettering Health Network in July, for the past five years. A final date has not been set for Ms. Oswald’s departure, nor has she made a decision as to whether she will accept another position offered by the hospital.
