Sean Huffman, a physical therapist and athletic trainer, will serve as president and Jean Halpin as chief operating officer. The two appointments come over the January departure of Bob Gilbert, former senior operations officer.

Mr. Huffman most recently served as vice president of clinical operations and Ms. Halpin as vice president of health center operations.

Neighborhood Care centers, which have been expanding since 2009 to Columbus suburbs, include surgery centers, imaging centers, rehabilitation centers and laboratories.
