Mr. Patonai has served as CEO of Auburn (Wash.) Regional Medical Center for the past two years. He will begin work as CEO of Wuesthoff on Oct. 1.
The announcement comes just three weeks after Wuesthoff officials announced the organization’s $145 million sale to HMA, a transaction that is set to be completed on Oct. 1.
