Samuel Turner, Sr., to Retire as CEO of Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Kansas

Samuel Turner, Sr., president and CEO of Shawnee Mission (Kan.) Medical Center, will retire in December, according to a Shawnee Dispatch report.

Mr. Turner has served at the helm of SMMC for the past 11 years. The hospital will name a successor to lead on an interim basis by mid-November.
