Ms. Davis will assist Sacred Heart’s board of trustees and Ascension Health based in Edmundson, Mo., in recruiting a permanent CEO for Sacred Heart. Ascension Health is the parent organization of Sacred Heart and St. Vincent’s Health Services in Bridgeport, Conn., where Ms. Davis has served as CEO since 2004.
