Robin Norman. Senior Vice President and CFO of Virginia Hospital Center (Arlington). Ms. Norman began her tenure at the hospital more than 30 years ago as an accounting manager. Since then, she’s held numerous positions within the organization, eventually becoming senior vice president and CFO in 1998. Prior to her work at Virginia Hospital, Ms. Norman served as the assistant controller for a regional wholesale pharmaceutical firm. She currently serves as a board member for Phoenix House Mid-Atlantic and Leadership Arlington. Ms. Norman earned an MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg.
