Richard Duvall Named COO of Carthage Area Hospital in New York

Richard A. Duvall has been appointed COO of Carthage (N.Y.) Area Hospital, according to a Watertown Daily Times report.

In addition to serving as hospital COO, Mr. Duvall will continue his current duties as administrator for support services until a successor in that capacity is named. He has been serving as administrator for support services for nearly four years.
