1. Mr. Pastor comes to Rainy Lake from Southwest Health in Platteville, Wis., where he served as chief clinical officer.

2. Prior to that, he was director of hospital nursing services at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, Minn.

3. Rainy Lake Medical Center is a critical access hospital and level 4 trauma center.
