Rachelle H. Schultz. President and CEO of Winona (Minn.) Health. Ms. Schultz is president and CEO of Winona Health, which includes a 99-bed acute care hospital, physician clinics, a 110-bed nursing home and retail pharmacies, among other healthcare services. Ms. Schultz is known for achieving efficiencies, completing building projects and successfully implementing strategic plans with continuous performance improvement using lean. She previously served as a leader at Lutheran Health Systems/Banner Health in Phoenix, where she directed rehabilitation services for a children’s center and gained experience as administrator of a skilled nursing residence.
