Premier Health appoints physician groups’ CEO: 3 things to know

Dayton, Ohio-based hospital network Premier Health has appointed Louis W. Ralofsky, MD, president and CEO of the organization’s physician companies, which include Premier HealthNet, Premier Health Specialists and Upper Valley Professional Corp.

Here are three things to know about Dr. Ralofsky.

1. Dr. Ralofsky joined Premier Health May 11.

2. Prior to Premier Health, Dr. Ralofsky served as president and CEO of Northern Ohio Medical Specialists in Sandusky, Ohio.

3. Dr. Ralofsky earned a medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton , and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Dayton (Ohio).
