Plateau Medical Center in Oak Hill, W. Va., selected Christopher Howe, RN, as CEO, effective Jan. 4, according to a Fayette Tribune report.

1. Most recently, Mr. Howe served as assistant CEO at Regional Hospital of Scranton (Pa.).

2. He is equipped with more than 15 years of healthcare experience in numerous settings, including a cardiology practice and a healthcare risk management consulting firm.

3. He holds a master’s degree in health administration from the University of South Carolina in Columbia.
