Phoenix Children’s has promoted Ryan Yeager to senior vice president of corporate finance and Richard Siever to senior vice president and chief legal officer.
Mr. Yeager steps into a newly created role after nearly seven years with Phoenix Children’s, where he built out the system’s finance team and established its financing and treasury capabilities, according to an Aug. 25 news release. He will serve as a strategic financial partner to health system leaders on system-wide financial optimization and performance management.
Mr. Siever joined Phoenix Children’s in 2013 and has served as interim chief legal officer since earlier this year. In his permanent role, he will continue advising physicians and administrators on strategic priorities and service line growth.
Phoenix Children’s said the promotions reflect the system’s “continued investment in developing exceptional leadership from within.”
