David Shannon has resigned as CEO of Penobscot Valley Hospital in Lincoln, Maine, and has accepted the CEO position at Jersey Shore (Pa.) Hospital, according to Penobscot Valley Hospital.
Mr. Shannon previously served as executive director and CFO at Penobscot Valley Hospital.
