Penn State Health restructures finance department leadership

Hershey, Pa.-based Penn State Health has restructured its finance department leadership team, effective immediately, after sharing that Ed Chabalowski, vice president of finance and CFO of Penn State Health’s Berks and Lancaster counties region, is retiring Oct. 4.

In the restructuring, Randy Morris has been named vice president and CFO of Penn State Health’s community hospitals. Prior to his new role, Mr. Morris served as vice president and CFO of Penn State Health’s West Shore region, a Penn State Health spokesperson shared with Becker’s

Senior Vice President of Financial Operations Tracy Moyer will oversee Mr. Morris; Peter Ostasewski, RN, CFO of Penn State Health Medical Group and interim vice president and CFO of Milton S. Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center; and Brian Morgan, CFO of Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute.

Ms. Moyer previously served as vice president for financial services at Penn State Health.
