Penn Medicine Princeton (N.J.) Health named Tracy Howard chief human resources officer.

Ms. Howard began her career with Penn Medicine Princeton Health nearly seven years ago as a client services manager, according to an Aug. 25 LinkedIn post from the health system.

She later worked on leadership development initiatives and talent strategies, partnering with teams across the health system.

“As I step into this role, I am excited to continue supporting our workforce, developing future leaders, and building a culture where every employee feels valued, connected, and empowered to succeed,” Ms. Howard said in the post.

Penn Medicine Princeton Health is part of Philadelphia-based Penn Medicine.
