Peggy Troy, RN, MSN. President and CEO of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin (Milwaukee). Ms. Troy got her start at Children’s as a nurse intern while simultaneously completing her undergraduate degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee. She went on to get a master’s in nursing at DePaul University in Chicago. Before returning to Children’s, Ms. Troy served as executive vice president and COO of Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis, Tenn., president and CEO of Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center in Memphis, and president of Cook Children’s Medical Center in Ft. Worth, Texas. She now leads Wisconsin’s only dedicated children’s health system as its first female president and CEO. Ms. Troy is also director of the Children’s Hospital Association national board, as well as the boards of Marquette University, the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce and Teach for America. She is chair of the board for Milwaukee Regional Medical Center.
