Mr. Membel previously served as vice president of finance for Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, according to a March 16 PeaceHealth news release.
In his new role, Mr. Membel will work closely with local and system leaders as PeaceHealth focuses on providing support for all aspects of financial management for its medical centers and clinics throughout the Oregon network, according to the release.
He begins his role as CFO April 24.
