Cookeville (Tenn.) Regional Medical Center has named Tim McDermott as its new CIO. 

Deborah Wilson, CEO of Lawrence (Mass.) General Hospital, is retiring in May — closing out a 40-year healthcare career. 

Ikenna (Ike) Mmeje was named president and CEO of USC Arcadia (Calif.) Hospital.

Julie Wittwer has been named CFO of Savannah, Ga.-based Optim Health System, which includes two hospitals, two ASCs and more than 20 clinics, according to the Savannah Business Journal.

Lewiston-based Central Maine Healthcare has named Lucretia Stargell senior vice president of its enterprise and president of its hospitals in Rumford and Bridgton. 

Medical City Arlington (Texas), a 433-bed acute care hospital, has named Dillon Rai its next chief operating officer. 

Monroe, Ga.-based Piedmont Walton Hospital has named Blake Watts its CEO. 

HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital has named Jordan Fulkerson CFO, effective Feb. 27.

Anita Toussi, MD, PhD, has been named chief medical officer for Centura Health's St. Catherine Hospitals in southwest Kansas. She took on the role Feb. 27, according to a news release. 

University of Missouri Health Care in Columbia has appointed Emily Fondahn, MD, chief quality officer, effective April 25.
