Overland Park, Kan.-based HCA Midwest Health has tapped Eric Benink, MD, as chief medical officer, according to a news release shared with Becker's.

Two physician executives at Newark, Del.-based ChristianaCare Medical Group, Chief Medical Officer Roger Kerzner, MD, and Lisa Maxwell, MD, the Medical Group's president, unexpectedly departed June 4, a spokesperson confirmed to Becker's.

Peter Powers was named president for CommonSpirit Health's Greater Colorado and Kansas Market.

Chapel Hill, N.C.-based UNC Hospitals has named Jacci Jacobs, BSN, RN, vice president and chief nursing officer. She has worked with the health system for more than two decades and has served as interim CNO since August. 

Brent Parsons was tapped as CEO of Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Dupont Hospital, part of Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, Ind., effective June 3.

Gainesville-based Northeast Georgia Health System has named Elyse Gates chief revenue cycle officer, according to a June 3 post on her LinkedIn page. 

Duarte, Calif.-based City of Hope has appointed Angelique Richard, PhD, RN, to the role of chief operating officer. She will step into the position June 10.

RWJBarnabas Health has appointed Amy Cotton, DNP, APRN, as senior vice president of quality and safety, the West Orange, N.J.-based system said June 4. 

Ned Hill, president of Danville, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare Sacred Heart Medical Center, part of Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare, has shared plans to resign July 1.
