Steve Roach, president of Marlborough (Mass.) Hospital and Leominster, Mass.-based HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital, has stepped down from his role.

Kissimmee-based HCA Florida Osceola Hospital named JoAnne Masongsong, MSN, RN, chief nursing officer, effective Sept. 3.

Marc Schaller was named COO of Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital in East Norriton, Pa.

New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery's associate CIO, Elizabeth Pearlman, will become the organization's new CIO on Sept. 10. 

Paula Carynski, MSN, RN, president of Rockford, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center, will retire Jan. 31.

Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, with 184 hospitals, has made several executive leadership changes recently.

Jodi Stack, MSN, RN, joined Greenfield, Mass.-based Baystate Franklin Medical Center as chief nursing officer/chief administrative officer. 

Dallas-based Medical City Healthcare has appointed Glenn Hardesty, DO, as chief medical officer of Medical City Denton and its Medical City Argyle campus.  

Melissa Wilson will join Freestone Medical Center in Plano, Texas, as its next CEO on Aug. 19.

The Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City has appointed Ashis Barad, MD, as its chief digital and technology officer, a newly established position.
