The Indiana Hospital Association announced May 20 that Blake Dye, the former senior vice president at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, will serve as its interim president effective immediately. 

Geneva, N.Y.-based UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health COO Frank Korich has shared plans to retire in July. Lara Turbide will succeed Mr. Korich and begin her role as COO, effective July 8.

Tampa, Fla.-based Moffitt Cancer Center has named Joanna Weiss CFO and executive vice president. 

The University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia appointed Julia Puchtler CFO, effective July 1.

John Forester was appointed interim president of WVU Medicine Summersville (W.Va.) Regional Medical Center and Braxton County Memorial Hospital in Gassaway, W. Va.

Lexington, Ky.-based UK HealthCare has named Mark Steward associate CFO of health system operational finance. 

St. Louis-based Ascension has named Christopher Gronek vice president of midcycle revenue cycle, according to a May 20 post on his LinkedIn page. 

Audre Bagnall was tapped as chief strategy officer of CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region in Centennial, Colo., effective June 17.

Buffalo, N.Y.-based Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center promoted Sai Yendamuri, MD, to chief strategy officer and senior vice president of business development and outreach.
