Brad S. Morse has been named CEO of 100-bed Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, Ky., part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospitals, effective May 30, according to a Ledger Independent report.

Anesthetix of TeamHealth has appointed Maureen P. Faul, RN, as COO, according to a company news release.

John McCormick has been named CFO of Oak Valley Hospital District in California effective May 24, according to a Modesto Bee report.

Gary P. Miller has been named president and CEO of St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, N.D., according to a hospital news release.

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente has named Kerry Kohnen president of Kaiser Permanente Georgia effective immediately, according to a hospital news release.

Linda Farchione will retire as CEO of Thompson Health in Canandaigua, N.Y., in about a year, according to a Rochester Business Journal report.
