Providence Health Care in Renton, Wash., has named Elaine Couture CEO, according to a report by The Spokesman-Review.

The following hospital executive moves occurred last week, beginning with the most recent.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America announced the top executives of its Central Group, CEO W. Paul Rutledge and CFO Russell Harms, will retire March 31, 2013.

St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic, N.J., has named Edward Condit as president and CEO, according to a NJBIZ report.

Michael Blackburn, CEO of Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, N.C., has announced he will retire, effective Nov. 23, according to a report by the Hickory Daily Record.

Oklahoma State Medical Center in Tulsa has named Diane Rafferty as CEO.

Bruce Rampage, president and CEO of Northstar Health System in Iron River, Mich., has announced he will retire, effective Nov. 16.

Beauregard Memorial Hospital in DeRidder, La., has named Nathan Tudor CEO and administrator, effective Dec. 3, according to a report by the Beauregard Daily News.

Patrick Gavin, MBA, has been named executive vice president and COO of Crozer-Keystone Health System in Springfield, Pa.

Providence Seaside (Ore.) Hospital has named Bonnie Thompson COO and chief nursing executive, according to a report by the Coast River Business Journal.
