Morgantown-based West Virginia United Healthcare announced that Bruce McClymonds has decided to retire as president and CEO of WVU Hospitals in May 2014.  

Plano, Texas-based LHP Hospital Group announced that Daniel R. Ordyna will join its Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho, as CEO, effective July 22, according to an Idaho State Journal report.

Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville, Ore., has named Meredith P. Nelson CFO, effective June 24.

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals System in Philadelphia announced that Stephen K. Klasko, MD, has been named president and CEO of the system and president of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has retained executive search firm B. E. Smith to lead the search for its next CFO.

Sierra Providence East Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, announced the appointment of Lauren Morton as COO.

Longview, Texas-based Good Shepherd Health System announced the appointment of Steve Altmiller as president and CEO.
