Springdale, Ark.-based Northwest Health System named Ben Casmer COO of Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville (Ark.), according to a report by The City Wire.

Baltimore-based LifeBridge Health announced that Neil Meltzer has been appointed president and CEO.

Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, based in St. Paul and Minneapolis, has named K. Alec Mahmood as CFO, effective July 15.

Massena (N.Y.) Memorial Hospital announced that its CFO, Sean M. Curtin, has left to assume the position of vice president of finance and CFO of Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, N.Y., according to a Watertown Daily News report.

Dawson County Hospital District, doing business as Medical Arts Hospital in Lamesa, Texas, has named Jeff Weaver CFO, according to a Lamesa Press-Reporter report.  

Reading Hospital in West Reading, Pa., announced the appointment of Ron D. Nutting, MD, as the hospital's first director of medical affairs, a newly created position within the CMO's division.  

Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville, S.C., announced that COO Russell Baxley is leaving to take up the COO post at Lancaster (Pa.) Regional Medical Center, according to a report by The Hartsville Messanger.

Cheyenne (Wyo.) Regional Medical Center announced that CEO John Lucas, MD, will retire Sept. 1, according to a Wyoming Tribune Eagle report.  

Memorial Community Hospital and Health System in Blair, Neb., has named Bob Copple president and CEO, according to a Washington County Pilot-Tribune & Enterprise report.
