Chicago-based Presence Health has named Kathleen Rhine regional president and CEO of Presence St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, Ill., and Presence St. Mary's Hospital in Kankakee, Ill., according to The Herald News.

Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, N.Y., has named Candace Johnson, PhD, its first woman president and CEO, according to Buffalo Business First. She has held the role on an interim basis since November.

Rulon Stacey, PhD, president and CEO of Minneapolis-based Fairview Health Services, is leaving the system March 1 due to professional differences and personal reasons, according to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

John Johnson, chairman of Daytona Beach, Fla.-based Halifax Health's board of commissioners, resigned Monday night after commissioners voted to retain CEO Jeff Feasel despite Mr. Johnson's attempt to fire him, according to The Daytona Beach News-Journal.
