Boise, Idaho-based Saint Alphonsus Health System named Jennifer Misajet, BSN, RN, vice president of operations for Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

Danette Wilson, president and CEO of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, is retiring after more than 30 years with the company, the health insurer said Jan. 10.

Kalispell (Mont.) Regional Healthcare appointed Craig Lambrecht, MD, as president and CEO, effective in early February.
