OSF HealthCare names Robert Sehring central region CEO

Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare has named Robert Sehring CEO of its central region. Mr. Sehring’s appointment began March 9.

OSF HealthCare moved to a regional leadership structure to more effectively address the individual needs of the communities it serves. As CEO of the central region, Mr. Sehring will coordinate services in the area, including the four OSF hospitals — OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg, OSF Holy Family Medical Center in Monmouth, and OSF Saint Luke Medical Center in Kewanee— as well as numerous physician practices and services within the region.

Mr. Sehring joined OSF HealthCare in 2002. Most recently, he served as chief of ministry services officer. In this role, he was responsible for the ministry’s accountable care relationships, including its status as a Pioneer accountable care organization.
