Hillary Jalon has been promoted to vice president of quality management for NYC Health + Hospitals, the New York City-based health system said in a May 19.
In this role she will lead quality assurance, performance improvement, accreditation, patient safety and quality measures reporting.
Ms. Jalon previously served as senior assistant vice president of quality and safety. She also teaches a course on continuous quality improvement as an associate professor at New York Univeristy's Wagner School of Health Policy and Management.
