Mr. Riggs previously served as CFO for Beaufort Regional Health System in Washington, N.C. He will start work at Pender Memorial in September.
Mr. Riggs is a CPA with more than 20 years in the healthcare industry. The hospital is still searching for a new administrator following David Long’s resignation earlier this year.
