Greg Flicek has been named CFO of Scotland Health in Laurinburg, N.C., according to a May 11 news release.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Flicek founded the Healthcare Finance Center, where he developed benchmarking and analytics platforms to help healthcare leaders evaluate financial performance through peer comparisons across size, geography, and service mix, while following multi-year and quarterly trends.
He also served as senior manager at Ascendient Healthcare Advisors, a management consulting firm.
In his new role as CFO, Mr. Flicek will oversee Scotland Health’s financial operations, strategic planning and reporting, with a focus on sustaining fiscal strength while advancing the organization’s commitment to delivering care.
