Newly Named CEO of Yakima Regional Medical Center Will Not Accept Position

Janet Carbary, the newly named CEO of HMA’s Yakima (Wash.) Medical Center has decided not to accept the position for undisclosed reasons, according to a report by the Yakima Herald.

Ms. Carbary was scheduled to begin at Yakima Regional this week. She resigned from her previous position at Carlsbad (N.M.) Medical Center, according to the report.

The hospital will continue its search for a new CEO.
