Western New York Immediate Care provides an alternative to emergency rooms in three different New York locations. As site administrator, Ms. Ackley will oversee administrative and operational aspects of the facility, including planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the clinical department and employees.
Ms. Ackley most recently served as executive director of senior housing facility Bassett Park Manor in Williamsville. She earned her master’s degree in health services administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
