Mr. Smith formerly served as executive vice president and CFO of Winchester Hospital. Mr. Lodge now serves as president and CEO of Winchester Healthcare Management, the hospital’s parent organization.
In addition to naming a new CEO, the Winchester Hospital named Robby Robertson as vice president of facilities and real estate services and Matthew Woods as vice president of finance, CFO and treasurer, according to the release.
