Stephen Jones, president and CEO of New Brunswick, N.J.-based Robert Wood Johnson Health System, was named chairman of the board.
Leslie Hirsch, president and CEO of Denville, N.J.-based Saint Clare’s Health System, was selected as chairman-elect.

Treasurer: John Brennan, MD, president of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center
