New CEO Named at Ohio’s Parma Community General Hospital

Terry Deis has been named the next CEO at Parma (Ohio) General Hospital, according to a news release by the hospital.

Mr. Deis currently serves as the hospital’s COO. He will replace current CEO Patricia Ruflin, who will retire this summer after leading the hospital for 17 years.

Mr. Deis has nearly 20 years of healthcare experience and has been with Parma for 11 years. Prior to joining Parma Hospital, he served eight years at Southwest General Health Center in Middleburg Heights, Ohio.
