As of Jan. 1, Mark Caton and Chuck Baker assumed the roles of CEO and COO, respectively, of Callaway Community Hospital in Fulton, Mo, according to a News Tribune report.
Mr. Caton had served as the hospital’s interim CEO since mid-November. His new ideas for the hospital include community forums and including stakeholders in the formation of a strategic vision. Mr. Caton replaces John Graves, who retired.
Mr. Baker will serve as COO in addition to his role as CNO, which he has held since 2007.
