Mykl Garrett Resigns as COO of Trinity Regional in Illinois After Less Than 1 Year

Mykl Garrett, COO of Trinity Regional Health System in Rock Island, Ill., has resigned, effective immediately, according to a Quad-City Times report.

Mr. Garrett has served as the health system’s COO since December. He has left the organization due to “personal reasons,” according to the report. Jay Willsher, vice president of operations and chief administrative officer for Trinity Bettendorf (Iowa), will serve as interim COO of the health system until a successor is named.
