Ms. Packer began her role Aug. 7 and oversees the Lancaster and Chester (S.C.) medical centers, as well as the nursing care center and surgery center in Chester, according to the release.
She joins MUSC from Brentwood, Tenn.-based Wilson Medical Center, according to the report. Becker’s in June named Ms. Packer a rural CFO to know for 2023.
Ms. Packer takes over the role from Anthony Sands, who is now CFO of MUSC Orangeburg (S.C.), according to the report.
