Michael Arno Resigns as President, CEO of Provena St. Mary’s in Illinois

Michael Arno has resigned as president and CEO of Provena St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee, Ill., according to a Daily Journal report.

Mr. Arno has served at the helm of Provena St. Mary’s since 2008 and said he is stepping down for personal reasons. Amy LaFine, the hospital’s chief nursing officer, will serve as interim president and CEO until a permanent replacement is found.
