Mr. Handley most recently served as CEO of Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, Texas, since 2005. Prior to that, he served as COO of Spring Branch Medical Center in Houston from 2001 to 2005. He was also the interim COO of Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans from 2000 to 2001.
